Spanning 3,600 square metres, this site marks the first new development on Bourke Street Mall in over 50 years.

The redevelopment of The Walk Arcade is committed to preserving, protecting, and restoring key façades such as Diamond House, Public Benefit Bootery, Allans Building, and York Building. Our scope involves bulk excavation, contamination removal, and retention efforts, with 50,000 cubic metres of spoil removed while preserving the heritage building fronts.
