Multi-Deck Carpark

The Greensborough Station Multilevel Carpark and Bus Interchange on Para Road, a project commissioned by L.U. Simon Builders, involves comprehensive works by NCF.

Our scope includes the construction of retention and foundation piles, supply and installation of concrete and steel, and detailed excavation for capping beams and shotcrete walls. Additionally, we handle bulk excavation to the basement slab, cartage and disposal of clean, dry, unrestricted material, and removal of spoil.

Our tasks also cover the supply and placement of steel mesh, cast-in starter bars, strip drains, and drilling and epoxying bars at the pile-wall interface. The project further entails backfilling, compacting, and dewatering for rainwater run-off.
