Monash Freeway upgrade-Stage 2

This project involves supplying and installing 85 retention piles and 16 off-structure barrier bored piles for the Police Road collector.

The piles are drilled using track-mounted drilling rigs, supported by service cranes and excavators. Reinforcement cages are placed with the service cranes, and all piles are drilled into stiff clays and dense sands. Concrete is supplied and placed into the pile shafts using a rigid tremie pipe and hopper.

Additionally, we supply and install steel reinforcement cages for the piles and manage the removal of spoil to a designated stockpile location.
